Wither Spawn Fix

This is a simple mod that fixes the annoying issue of grass, snow layers, flower pots, carpets and other small blocks obstructing Wither spawning!

(Warning: Normal spawn rules apply. If you’re afraid to lose something, don’t have them under the Wither when spawning!)
